Boreal Water to acquire California bottling plant as part of multi-phased growth strategy

DBR Staff Writer Published 09 December 2010

Boreal Water Collection, a personalized bottled water corporation specialized in providing premium custom bottled water for commercial and residential customers, has plans to acquire a California-based bottling facility as part of its multi-phased growth strategy to become a national distributor.

Through acquisition and development of business alliances, and its selective product offerings, Boreal Water Collection will expand by selling licenses to select distributors, as well as developing its own national corporate accounts.

Boreal's focus would be on designer varieties and premium private label water in the bottled water segment.

Boreal offers fully integrated turnkey service, with Boreal private label water, made-to-order labeling, and water containers.

The company also has exclusive access to two springs, one in Canada and the other in Catskill Mountains in New York.
